Kisumu, KENYA, 28 th January 2013: The Lake Victoria Basin Commission Secretariat has stepped actions geared towards the adoption of a Results Based Management System (RBMS). This follows the successful conclusion of the design stage for the institutional- and programme-level framework of the system.

The recommendation was made by over 100 researchers, scientists, professors and other academicians who took part in the Conference held at the Imperial Botanical Beach Hotel in Entebbe, Uganda.
